1.Call to Schedule an appoint and the the Lead Dust Inspector will help you prepare for the inspection and let you know what to expect.

2. Appointments will be confirmed 24 hours in advance and payment is to be received at time of service.

3. The Inspector will do a visual inspection upon arrival. If the property seems to be in satisfactory condition, the inspector will proceed with the lead dust sampling. This will consist of taking multiple samples from different rooms in the house, including each bedroom and a common area. If the Inspector sees something that is in need of repair they will advise you on what steps to take before proceeding with lead dust sampling. 

5. The samples are then sent to a NLLAP accredited testing lab where they are then tested and analyzed.

6. The results are then reviewed and confirmed by our team who will email you you a report with your results along with a Lead Safe Certificate for Norristown, Montgomery County.
